Well Winter is here and I’m feeling the cold! So it must be time to start baking again and what better than a rustic Pear and Almond meal tart with Lemon?! Using the cutest in-season Packam’s Pears, lemon’s right off our tree and served warm with some cream or ice cream….this was a pretty nice way to spend a Sunday.
