Is there a better way to spend a Sunday?!
A beautiful, warm day, lovely food, good company and great wine! A few weeks ago we trekked down to McLaren Vale for Oliver’s Taranga’s Porchetta Party. They run several of these a year however they are always in high demand and we had been waiting for weeks for this day.
We spent the afternoon eating Salt & Pepper squid and Chorizo salad, antipasto platters, apple slaw, green beans, and of course pork! All cooked by the talented Todd Steele.
